The Water Resources Monitoring Project (WRMP)
In order to fulfill the goal: Measure Watershed Quality and Set Goals for Improvement, the Spring Creek Watershed Community initiated the Water Resources Monitoring Project (WRMP) in January 1998. The project was designed by the Water Resources Monitoring Committee to establish baseline data to be used for the long-term protection of Spring Creek and its tributaries. In 1999, baseline data collection began with base-flow monitoring and soon expanded to include ground-water and storm-water monitoring.
